  • Author: Gnarly Roots
  • Total Time: 0 hours
  • Yield: 6-8 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 C orange juice
  • ½ C soy sauce
  • ¼ C olive oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 TBS fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin

Instructions

Directions for marinade:

  1. Mix all ingredients and place in a food storage bag or glass container.
  2. Add pork tenderloin and make sure it’s coating the pork.
  3. Marinate at least 4 hours, or overnight for most flavor.

Directions for grilling pork:

  1. Turn grill on to medium / medium low.
  2. When the grill is hot, place marinated tenderloin on the grill fat side up. Keep an eye on the pork, and turn it as needed so it does not burn.
  3. Grill until pork is 145 internal temperature. Pork tenderloin can be slightly pink inside as long as the temperature is met, and the meat is not fleshy inside.  Or grill to desired doneness.

Notes

What if the outside seems done/ dark, but it is not reaching 145 degrees internally on the meat thermometer?

  • If it’s cooking too fast on the outside and it may not be done on the inside, pull it off the grill and place under foil to let it cook a little longer inside.
