Light and Savory Appetizer
Ingredients

- 1/2 bunch of asparagus spears (about 20), washed and trimmed
- 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
- 4 oz Boursin or Alouette Cheese (garlic and herb flavor)
Instructions
- Boil asparagus in sauté pan for 1 min.
- Cool on plate or cutting board.
- Cut slices of prosciutto in half, lengthwise.
- Spread cheese on the prosciutto.
- Wrap each spear with the prosciutto slice, cheese side in.
- Line baking sheet with foil, and arrange asparagus on the sheet without touching.
- Bake in preheated oven at 425° for 10 min or until the prosciutto looks lightly crisp.
Notes
- Can prepare ahead of time and bake right before you’d like to serve.
