Description
We love this smooth yet slightly tangy pomegranate martini for the holidays! The pomegranate brings an edgy flavor that with lemon and elderflower, is a perfect blend of bittersweet. And it’s gorgeous visually, perfect for seasonal happy hours or special occasions.
Ingredients

- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 1/2 ounce St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- ice
optional garnishes
- pomegranate seeds
- rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- First chill your favorite martini glass by filling it with ice and then add water. Let it chill while you mix the martini.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 ounces of vodka, 1 1/2 ounces of pomegranate juice, 1/2 ounce St. Germain, and the juice of 1/2 lemon.
- Shake until shaker is ice cold on the outside.
- Next, pour out the ice water from your chilling martini glass.
- Pour the pomegranate martini into the chilled glass, straining out the ice.
- Add 5-10 pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary for garnish. Serve and enjoy!
