Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer Ingredients

Pumpkin spice coffee creamer ingredients including milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice set with a backdrop of small white and orange pumpkins

For this homemade coffee creamer, you will need 2 cups of whole milk (or preferred milk), 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 3 tablespoons of pumpkin purée, 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.

How to Make this Seasonal Coffee Creamer

This coffee creamer is fresh and simple to make.

First, measure the milk and pour it into a small pot.  Add the condensed milk, scraping all out of the can with a small spatula.  (Check out these mini spatulas we can’t live without!)

Heating the milk and condensed milk allows them to mix them more easily.  Take care to avoid boiling the milk.  Turn on the heat to low and begin to whisk these together.  Add the pumpkin puree, allowing it to more easily combine.  Continue to whisk.  When the liquid feels smooth when stirring, add the pumpkin spice and continue to mix.

After about 5 minutes, everything should be whisked well together.  At this point, you can turn off the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.  Add in the vanilla extract, or omit it if you prefer.   Using a funnel, pour the prepared creamer into a storage container, such as these sealable glass bottles from Amazon.
