Ingredients

Scale

2 cups whole milk or milk of choice

114 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

3 T pumpkin puree

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. First, measure the milk and pour it into a small pot.  Add the condensed milk, scraping all out of the can with a small spatula.
  2. Turn heat to low and begin to whisk these together.  Then, add the pumpkin puree.  Continue to whisk.  When the liquid feels smooth when stirring, add the pumpkin spice and continue to mix.
  3. After about 5 minutes, everything should be whisked well together.  At this point, you can turn off the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Add in the vanilla extract, or omit it if you prefer.
  5. Using a funnel, pour the creamer into a storage container, such as these sealable glass bottles from Amazon.
  6. Add the pumpkin spice creamer to a cup of freshly brewed coffee for a delicious fall treat.  Serve in your favorite mug or one of these double-walled glass coffee mugs.

Notes

  • Add more or less pumpkin and pumpkin spice per your preferences.
  • This coffee creamer will last  7 – 10 days in the refrigerator, but it will likely be gone well before that!
