What is on your holiday cooking list?  Here is a favorite list of ours: The 12 recipes of Christmas!  We hope you find some inspiration here for this holiday cooking and baking season.

This raisin cinnamon pinwheel is a baked delight that we have enjoyed at the holidays for many years.   We think it is best served sliced, warm, and with a spread of butter.

#12. Finnish Bread

This is a delightfully rich and sweet Finnish-style bread and is a holiday staple from our childhood.  It has the distinct aromatic and peppery flavor of cardamom combined with a cherry-like hint of almond.
