Tip for Fresh Ginger: If you love using fresh ginger in your cooking, but don’t use it every night, check out this tip. I peel one large ginger root, dice it up and store it in the freezer divided up into small Ziplocks. I scoop out what I need for the recipe I am making and put the rest back in the freezer. Thanks Nichole, this is a great tip!
How to Make This Orange Ginger Mayo Sauce
It’s easy! Rinse a few green onions, and thinly slice (or mince per your preference) the midsections of each. Peel the ginger and mince enough to equal 1/2 teaspoon. Measure the remaining ingredients and combine all of them in a small bowl or measuring cup. Make it ahead of time and store it in a sealed container until you are ready to serve.
