This easy, sweet, smoothie has your favorite tropical flavors, protein, and is a delicious, mom-approved kid snack. Inspired by our family vacation to the British Virgin Islands, where we enjoyed a fresh mango and banana smoothie from Island Roots Café at the Moorings on Tortola. After the trip, we were determined to recreate that vacation vibe at home.
The Tropical Smoothie Ingredients
You will need a ripe banana, one cup of frozen mango (or papaya!), 1/4 cup vanilla or Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream, and 3/4 cup milk.
