Description
This easy, sweet, smoothie has your favorite tropical flavors, protein, and is a delicious, mom-approved kid snack.
Ingredients

1 ripe banana
1 cup of frozen mango (or papaya!)
1/4 cup vanilla or Greek yogurt
1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- First, assemble your blender.
- Add each ingredient to the blender, with milk added last.
- Blend on high for 1 minute, or until chunks are thoroughly blended.
- Divide the smoothie between two large glasses. Yields about 2, 8-ounce servings
Notes
- You can substitute any frozen fruit you like for the mango. We have done all combinations of frozen fruits at these ratios.
