Description

This slow cooker BBQ pulled pork tenderloin is an easy way to prep delicious and flavorful pork for sandwiches. With a quick preparation and some simple side dishes, you will have an ideal weeknight meal or be ready for guests during football season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • One bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. First, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Kosher salt in a small bowl.
  2. Rinse and pat the pork loins dry.
  3. Then, place the loins in the slow cooker and cover with the spice rub.
  4. Drizzle 1/3 – 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce on top of the loins.
  5. Set your slow cooker for 4-5 hours on high or 6-7 hours on low.
  6. Once the time is up, cut each loin in half and then shred the meat using two forks. Add more BBQ sauce, and set the slow cooker to warm.
  7. Serve on top of your favorite buns!
