Description
This slow cooker BBQ pulled pork tenderloin is an easy way to prep delicious and flavorful pork for sandwiches. With a quick preparation and some simple side dishes, you will have an ideal weeknight meal or be ready for guests during football season.

- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- One bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions
- First, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Kosher salt in a small bowl.
- Rinse and pat the pork loins dry.
- Then, place the loins in the slow cooker and cover with the spice rub.
- Drizzle 1/3 – 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce on top of the loins.
- Set your slow cooker for 4-5 hours on high or 6-7 hours on low.
- Once the time is up, cut each loin in half and then shred the meat using two forks. Add more BBQ sauce, and set the slow cooker to warm.
- Serve on top of your favorite buns!
Notes
- You can butter and toast your buns in the broiler prior to serving, or warm them briefly in the microwave, plain.
