BBQ Pulled Pork Ingredients
You will only need a few dried spices, your favorite BBQ sauce, and 2 lbs of pork tenderloin for this recipe. For the rub, gather 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp kosher salt, and 2 tsp smoked paprika. Find a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce as well; we love Kinder’s Original.
How to Make Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork
First, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Kosher salt in a small bowl.

Rinse and pat the pork loins dry. Then, place the loins in the slow cooker and cover with the spice rub.

Drizzle 1/3 – 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce on top of the loins.

Set your slow cooker for 4-5 hours on high or 6-7 hours on low. Once the time is up, cut each loin in half and then shred the meat using two forks.

Add more BBQ sauce, and set the slow cooker to warm. Serve on top of your favorite buns!
